One 90-minute session a week
A group session every week with your leadership team - not just you. We apply the method to the decisions already on your table. No case studies, no theory.
The PE Playbook · CEO & leadership team
You don't get there by buying another system or hiring another consultant. You get there when your leadership team keeps strategy, operations, and technology moving in the same direction - the way a PE firm's portfolio companies do.
How it works
Group coaching for CEOs and their leadership teams. By day 60, your team walks out with a clear strategy and a ranked initiative list. In twelve months the playbook is in place - after that, your team runs it without me.
A group session every week with your leadership team - not just you. We apply the method to the decisions already on your table. No case studies, no theory.
Your team builds its strategy with Playing to Win, upgrades the operating model, and learns to buy technology the way a fund buys it. I review the deal before you sign.
Between sessions, the team executes and owns the results - and the group stays open for questions during the week.
Why me
At 24, inside GE's leadership program (OMLP), I built - on my own - the same strategy Jack Welch had asked the company for that same week at Crotonville. A judge stood up to say so.
Today I'm Chief of Strategy & Technology for a private fund, after twenty years on both sides of the table: selling technology, and buying it.
I also lost my own money on a venture I couldn't execute. The wins and that mistake are the same ledger - that's why I'm here to help you decide better, not just avoid risk.
What you get
Decisions stop piling up on your desk: your team makes them, owns them, and can defend them.
Initiatives move without you pushing them: each executive owns theirs.
AI stops living on personal phones and starts working inside the business, with a number to show for it.
Plans
Comes out to $497 a month and includes 2 people from your company. Twelve months: what it takes for the playbook to belong to your team and not to me.
The shortest commitment I take, for the CEO or the leadership team. Judgment isn't built in a workshop.

AI doesn't fail. It amplifies the team you already have.
FAQ
This isn't another course: every week we work on the actual decisions your business is facing, until your team can make those calls without you.
For your leadership team - directors and managers - or for the CEO directly. I work with the people who operate the business: the transformation belongs to the business, not to one person. The entry requirement is a coachable team: people willing to have their thinking challenged, and who want to learn.
Two plans: the full year at $5,964 USD ($497 a month), or the six-month minimum at $4,630 USD. Both include 2 people from your company.
What happens next
One sentence: what depends most on you today.
I read it and answer myself. If it makes sense, we set up a short interview; if it doesn't, I tell you that too and we don't waste your time.
In the interview we check whether your team is coachable and whether this is the moment. If we both say yes, we set a start date.
Two paths
You can stay the one who makes every call and puts out every fire. Or, six months from now, have a team that makes those calls with judgment and stands behind them.
Tell me in one sentence where your team depends on you the most. If it makes sense, the next step is a short interview. You'll hear back from me, not a sales team.
