This isn't another course: each month we work on the actual decisions your business is facing, until your team can make those calls without you. A course gives your team content; this leaves you with a team that makes the calls.
For your leadership team - directors and managers - or for the CEO directly. I work with the people who operate the business: the transformation belongs to the business, not to one person. The entry requirement is a coachable team: people who can be open and honest, and who want to learn.
Two plans, per person: the full year at $5,964 USD ($497 a month), or the six-month minimum at $4,630 USD. Judgment doesn't change in a workshop: six months is what it takes for the decisions to belong to the team, not to me.
